All content created by MomentumPilot Agency for your newsletter becomes your property upon payment. The MomentumPilot Agency name, logo, and branding remain our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
MomentumPilot Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
